mary rosÉ

We planted 8000 Pinot Noir vines in 2021 and they have taken a lot of care, being such a delicate variety to grow. After pruning the vines back to the crown for two years, they finally put all their energy into producing some fabulous quality grapes for our 2023, first vintage.

TASTING NOTES

We have created a traditional pale pink rosé wine with blossom and strawberry notes on the nose,  and bursting with summer berry flavours on the palette. With a finish showcasing our distinctive terroir characters.

This exceptional rosé  is to be enjoyed young with all food delights but pairs remarkably well with chicken and fish or a summer BBQ.

origin

After planting 4000 bacchus vines 4 years ago on our mineral rich, sandy, stoney land we had high hopes for our first vintage. With lots of research and hard work caring for the vines and learning along the way to achieve the best quality, most flavoursome wine we can, we have the best first vintage we could wish for!

TASTING NOTES

With beautiful fresh floral notes on the nose paired with lemon and elderflower on the palette, this white wine is delightfully balanced and easily drinkable.

The growing process and terroir really shine through in this wine due to such a good year, paired with a process of only utilising exceptional grapes which has given such fabulous quality wine.
