These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of wine products (“Products”) by Veenow ltd, located at Crescent Farm, Waters Upton, Telford, TF6 6NP (“Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to customers (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Legal Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to purchase wine from us. By placing an order, you affirm that you meet this requirement. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the following locations: Mainland UK and Wales. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
All wine shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
Wine deliveries are estimated between 3-5 days.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect. If so, please contact us at hello@veenow.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. Include a description and photo of the issue within 24 hours of accepting the delivery.
Should a return be necessary due to damage or incorrect product delivery, the product should be returned unopened, untampered, in its original condition within 7 days and the cost will be bared by us.
